Our internal culture of performance development includes regular appraisals, and following the identification of areas for development, we will coach you in the skills you may require in order to better succeed in your role. We have a comprehensive portfolio of internal training opportunities, but should a specific course be needed out with what we can provide, we will also commit to sponsor an external course.

In order to strengthen working practices and communication both within and between teams, we have implemented regular international training workshops. These cover a wide range of topics, and have so far been successful in helping to develop a supportive internal culture.
